Large or Bulky Items

Our carriers classify certain items as "Large" based on product weight and/or dimensions. Delivery costs for these items are priced by volume not weight.
We will assign a carrier based on the items you order, your postcode and the delivery option you choose.
As these items are large please ensure the item will fit through the necessary access points, please check the product size information on the relevant detail page

The standard pallet dimensions are a footprint/base size of 1.2m x 1.5m with a maximum height restriction of 2.29m and a maximum weight of 1,250kg.
Palletised goods are normally delivered using a ‘lift gate’ vehicle. These vehicles are usually large HGV’s, and will only be able to deliver ‘Kerbside’
The driver will do his best to help, but it will be your responsibility to move the goods to your desired location
Alternatively, it may be possible to ship to a carrier terminal close to your address where you can go pick up the merchandise and load it into your own vehicle by hand.

Contacting You

The delivery driver may need to contact you. If you cannot be contacted the delivery may be delayed. Please ensure you have a valid daytime telephone number on your account, when you place your order.

On Delivery

On receipt of delivery, please open the box or other packaging and check for apparent damage the delivery driver will ask you to sign a delivery slip to confirm the item is correct and free from apparent damage. The confirmation slip is often used to determine if products have been damaged in transit If no-one is available to sign for the delivery or the item is too large to be delivered or left at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a card explaining why, and what further action will be taken to re-deliver your order.

Returns :  Please note that large items may also have a different returns policy.
