Overseas Orders

Our website is unable to process overseas orders automatically; but we can process some orders from customers outside the UK mainland but there are exceptions.

There is a minimum order value of £500 for all overseas orders

We ask customers from Northern Ireland to phone us before placing an order due to EU Regulations on some products.

We apologise, but due to Insurance constraints or product licence issues we cannot ship to the USA.

We reserve the right not to ship orders overseas; this is decided by your location and whether a licensed distributor of our products has sole rights to sell in that country.

Our offer of free delivery does not apply to overseas orders.

If we are able to ship to your country there are several options available to place an order.

Once we have received your enquiry we will contact you with a confirmation on whether we are able to deliver, price, estimated delivery dates and the best value option for shipping your order.

If, upon receiving the quote for shipping, you decide not to proceed with the order you will be under no obligation to us.

If you do agree to the shipping costs, we will require your payment details and add the shipping cost to your credit card transaction.

Orders will only be processed once you have agreed to the shipping price and paid for in full. Please note that we do not take payment for any orders until the goods are ready for dispatch.

Currency

We are a UK registered company, all of the prices on this website are in British Pounds Sterling(£'s).

Orders must be pre-paid in sterling and include payment for postage and handling. Goods are charged at the exchange rate that applies at the moment our bank processes the order, not at the moment you place it.

Payment should be made through a British clearing bank or by credit or debit card.

BFPO and the Channel Islands

BFPO: British Forces Posted Overseas may not have to pay VAT if they are stationed outside the EEC.
To ascertain this we need to check your BFPO number with the VAT authorities on each occasion.
Unfortunately this can be a time consuming procedure so we are only prepared to do it for orders totalling over £50.
Unfortunately, due to recent changes to Parcel Force and our carrier services, we have to charge for every consignment destined for a British Forces BFPO address.
Please note that the Channel Islands are also classed as overseas and are also included in the scope of VAT free sales.

VAT-Free Sales

VAT free means we will deduct VAT at the current rate from the VAT inclusive price you see on our site.
Please specify that you require the sale to be made VAT free at the time of ordering 

Local Tax

Please be aware that you may have to pay import duty & or VAT when importing goods into your own country.
Also your credit card company may charge you a fee for foreign currency transactions.
Responsibility for payment of any local taxes in countries outside of the UK lies with the customer.

Returned Goods

Overseas customers should NOT return any damaged goods to us, but contact us and wait for our instructions.

Once the return of goods has been agreed, please ensure you keep a receipt of the shipping charges as proof of shipping.

All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
We cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning items.

Faulty goods should be returned to us for examination.
If the fault is covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
The goods will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer and returned to you as soon as possible.

Faulty goods that are not covered under the terms of the manufacturers warranty
will only be repaired or replaced if you agree to pay the additional costs involved.
